You will need to open a ticket including the IP or IPs and the reverse dns name that you wish to be added.
Something like:
192.168.10.1 --> myemailserver1.mydomain.com
After we receive the request the reverse dns will be added to our systems within a few hours.
Be aware that due to DNS propagation changes might take up to 3-4 days until resolve properly.
