For clients hosted within the UK and in specific data centers you might need to enable some agents to properly monitor your hardware including your RAID array. If that is the case please ensure that you will enable auto startup for the following deamons and also start them:
/etc/init.d/snmpd restart
/etc/init.d/aus-snmpd restart
