Due to the increasing prevalence of authenticated SMTP being used to send spam, we've implemented a limit of 60 messages per 15 minute period. If you send more than this, the mailbox will be disabled for outgoing mail only for a period of 1 hour (on an upwards sliding scale based on the number of previous blocks).
If you are legitimately sending bulk e-mail (subject to our terms and conditions), please submit a new ticket with a description of what you are sending and we will add you to a whitelist.
This action helps preserve the reputation of our MTAs with various spam filtering services and improves deliverability.
