If you have an MSSQL database, you should find a new directory in your webspace called 'mssql_backups'. This will contain the most recent backup of any MSSQL databases attached to that domain which you can download by FTP. This is especially useful if you want to set up a copy of the database on your local PC for development. We still retain the older backups (one per day for 30 days) and these can be restored manually on request.
Whilst we still maintain daily backups of all SQL databases, some very old databases cannot be copied automatically to your home directory at this time. You will need to raise a support ticket if you require one of these backups.
