Due to avoid overloading the cluster, backups are not possible to be taken from the client automatically.
We are getting daily backups and all you need to restore a backup is simply to raise a support ticket asking to restore your files.
There is a directory called 'mysql_backups' in your home directory (above public_html). This now contains the latest backup we hold for each of your MySQL databases. It updates every night between 1am and 3am UK time.
The files are in gzip format. You can download them via FTP or restore them yourself via SSH.
We still retain the previous 30 days of MySQL backups which you can access or have restored by sending a support ticket in the usual way.
