If you've got problems sending or receiving emails with Greek characters do the following:
1. Login to your squirrelmail at http://yourdomain/squirrelmail
2. Go to Options --> Display preferences --> Custom stylesheet and choose verdana 10
3. On the same page (Options --> Display preferences) set language to Greek.
4. Reload Squirrelmail and send/receive an email. If you still can't see properly the email then you either not using utf8 or iso-8859-7 into your mail client.
