Our spam filtering is set to be conservative by default. If you want to make it more aggressive, log in to the control panel, click the 'mail' icon, click 'spam assassin' and decrease the threshold. This will mean that spam with a lower "confidence level" is filtered but this does increase the risk of false positives.
