Your POP3 (incoming and outgoing mail) server is either the IP in your setup email, or, if propagation has completed, mail.domain.com, where domain.com is your actual domain name.
The port number for your POP3 server is 110.
Note that outgoing email server can be either ours or your ISP's smtp like mailgate.otenet.gr etc
